Default Ignition output signal (Searched but still a question)

I just got done doing my swap. I put a 2000 LS enigine in my 1993 Delsol. I havent driven it yet because I dont have the right shift linkage but It starts and idles fine but I am getting code 15 (IGNITION OUTPUT SIGNAL). I used the engine harness of the D16 that was in the car but I put in an OBD1 ECU and DIZZY. I was wondering is there is some kind of crank trigger that could be differnt on that enigine that I didnt hook up or somthing to throw that could. I cant figure out whats causing it.
