where do you purchase blank chips?

 

you can get them online, at radioshack, or any local electronics store. They are about $1-$3 i think. $5 including resitors, sockets and everything you'll need... all available at a radioshack

im almost positive it will. its not like hondata has a special burner ONLY for its programs... it'll sure work on uberdata witch is the exact same. so yeah, it will
