Default FS or FT: Honda "BIG" block K24 short block

Engine came out of a 2003 honda accord with 40,000. The oil pump/balance shaft assembly bolts worked loose and dropped into the oil pan. Car was only driven 10km tops. Crank journals are good, I asked a machinist and two mechanics and they said they should be fine as is. Cylinders are are perfect. Includes block, pistons, rods, crank, timing cover, and main girdle. The bolt holes in the main girdle for the balance shaft assembly are damaged from working their way out.
Pics coming soon if there's interest

I need B series turbo stuff

$500 is the highest offer; will anyone do better?

There are about 20 Large pics here -> http://www.copperpenney.com/crxsite/tmp/

Yes the rods, pistons, crank, and block are all fine.

the balancer shaft assembly is not included because it was damaged too much, but the girdle isn't damaged that badly and can easily be repaired either with 2 helicoils or re-drilling and tapping, or welding and tapping the 2 damaged holes.
These two holes aren't under that much stress either; they're only there to hold the balancer shaft assembly to the girdle.

Here's a couple pictures of the holes in question
