I dunno... I re-installed it after building the motor, and looked down and it was broke. I used Hondata IM gasket and swore I didnt over tighten it..

I had to buy a new one from dealer...

Um.

You could take this manifold to someone who welds aluminum, give them a 12 pack of miller lite and have a 250 dollar part for under 200.

I dont even know who the seller is either.

BUMP for a perfectly good EASILY FIXABLE part.

I had the same exact problem with an ITR manifold a few years ago, due to overtightening. Took it to a muscle car machine shop, and the guy welded it up for 10bucks. Still being used today on a friends car.

That my friends is the correct answer.

As others would say, "told ya so".

Good luck on the sale. Good intake manifold, at a great price.

yeah so you could buy a manifold you have to repair for $170 or you could buy it from the dealership for about that with an wholesale account....??? just a thought....

would be cool to weld up but you may want to ask a lil less for it..

why? it lists for $300. With a discount, its $240. I don't know a single person who gets wholesale at acura. So, with repairs, its still $70 less than the cheapest me or anyone I know can get it for new.

Is it coincidental that the majority saying its NOT worth it has under 50 posts?

Put it into a box, insure it, and ship it to a friend. open it all "wtf, what did you do" to the ups man. Boom, free manifold.

haha
