I am getting sued for $200,000 because some old guy decided 2 years later his neck hurts from an accident I was in.

Seriously though...my back does hurt. I dont know what to do. I don't want to feel like a dirtbag that just wants to **** people over, but my back really does hurt after the accident. What do you think I should do? My mom (who's a nurse) suggested I wait another day and if it still hurts go to a doctor.

I hate stupid drivers.

Looks like i could have been worse though. You could have been hit by someone without insurance. That would really suck. Take care of that back

Go see a doctor. I was in the same position you were in, some lady rear ended me and I didn't want to do anything but I was hurt so whatever, she needs to wake up and learn how to drive.
I was rear ended a month and couple weeks ago
everyday since that day I was hit, I've been sore. Started with my lower back, went to my mid back and shoulders and now my neck

Been having headaches and I feel dizzy sometimes out of no where. That feeling you get when you you get off a ride at the carnival.
