Where is the OBD2 dead end connector for the resistor box install?
I will be installing the AFC hack over the next couple of days. i bought the resistor box with the connector on it, so i would not have to worry about soldering. i am looking to find this dead end connector, it is the one near the washer fill bottle on the obd1 cars. The hondata web page said it is below the intake manifold, but i cant seem to find it. thanks
Look on the right side of the engine bay, where the engine harness meets the cabin harness there will be three connectors. One of these connectors doesnt plug into anything and has 8 wires, that is the one you use.

This is only going to apply to an OBDI '92-95 Civic or OBDI/II '94-2001 Teg. If you're working with a '96-2000 Civic then there's no junction connector over there. It will be located below the intake manifold (still same yel/blk wires), but be careful as there are a couple down there. One is a ground junction connector the other is the IGN 12V+ which you need. Just remember to ONLY splice into the inejctors power (so only the 4 wires that trace out to the injectors and the one input) because if you don't you'll be adding impedance to other things such as the VSS, oxygen sensors, etc. If you aren't working with a '96-2000 Civic then just go by what ITSTOCK said. Good Luck
