clutch goes to floor and doesnt come back up?
i have searched but only found info for hydraulic trannies where yall have a slave cylinder...mine is a cable tranny which is y i made a thread of my own..
anyway, i just installed my new ACT clutch with Fidanza flywheel 310 miles ago, the thing was almost broken in! anyway, pulling out of a friends house last night the car shuts off...so i go to start it up again and notice the clutch was stuck to the floor, had to pull it back up with my foot..im not sure what u call this but the black bracket so to speak that attaches to the clutch cable near the tranny is quite loose and u can move it up and down with ease. im not sure though, so if yall have any ideas id be most appreciative!

But you might want to get some second, third opinions, as dropping a tranny is a PITA, and I would make sure that was the reason if I were you.
DId you replace the release bearing when you got the ACT?
If you didn't, increased stress from stronger pressure plate might accelerate premature failure...
But when i had my ACT, everything was fine till i sold my car..

I've heard that's what happens if you don't replace the release bearing spring. It's not included with a new release bearing. I'm not positive that's what the spring is but i've heard of several instances where this 3 dollar spring broke and the tranny had to come out again to change it.
