Default Mod JDM F22B, Boost JDM F22B or do an H22A Swap? (4G)

As title really, im torn about what to do with my prelude. I live in the UK and got the DOHC 160BHP F22B on 90k miles atm but I would like a little more power

1) Do basic mods to the F22B (intake, exhaust, chip) which should give me a little more power and torque - this is the easiest and cheapest route, but I dont know if it'll be any good

2) Boost the F22B with LOW boost - I'm not looking for 300hp I just want to push the BHP from 160 to about 190-200. I've always been a fan of turbocharging coz of its cheap power / torque. Over in the UK there aren't many turbo'd Hondas so it would be unique (and i can have a bov!)

3) H22A VTEC Swap - The obvious idea, I can get a JDM engine, ECU and wiring loom for around £600 delivered (~$1000) but I dont know where or how I could get it fitted (im not a mechanic).

Here is where I need advice from you guys. I would love to have a turbo but since my engine is not an H22 I cant seem to find manifolds / info for them. I would like to konw the time it takes to do a full VTEC swap (so I can work out how much somewhere will charge me!).
If i keep the F22B and just do basic breathing mods I would also like to shorten the gearing a little bit (1st - 2nd shift drops me right out of my powerband).

Is it possible to get away with no intercooler etc if I only run a small amount of boost? I heard that the F22B is better than the H22/23 engines coz of the lower compression.
