need help 90 civic hatch 1.5 throwing code 1 and 16???????????????

okay my 1.5l civic is throwing code 1 witch i think is o2 sensor and code 16 witch iam really not sure what it is i think it mit have something to do with my ecu so if anyone has any info on it or knows what code 16 is please help it would be appreciated thanks

I can tell you code 1 is the O2 Sensor,that one loves me

as for code 15 i'm pretty sure its the Idle Control Motor but I have to check on my work computer to be sure,wont get to it till the 14th..anyway here is a couple of sources
