anybody get their hood from them? how was the quality/fitment/service ect?

 

i got a hood from them a couple weeks ago, the service was great, i called them and they gave me a tracking # and everything. i cannot say anything about the fitment though, as i did a 99-00 conversion on my civic, so i dont know if it was off because of the conversion or the hood.

it does, but the quality is good

 

Yah I had one, didnt fit to well IMO. I LIke the Fiber Image and Spoon hoods, never owned those, but every time i've seen one they've always fit perfect

 

I've read bad things about them. VIS cf hoods are much better...however the JDM **** duckbills are top notch

see i hear both of JDM **** hoods and VIS things in general. but o well i wanna cf hood imma get a baller benen hood y0 lolz yea itte.

got mine and the service was awesome... talked to everyone over the phone, and it was shipped out same day, got here in 3 days and as far as fitment, I can't say anything because I havent put it on yet... car is getting painted right now... but I am kind of scared because of people saying fitment isnt too good, oh well we will have to see, and for $379 shipped, I cant say anythign bad even if it doenst match perfectly... I know that if it doesnt it can be adjusted and if worse comes to worse... can always call them up, tell them the problem and they will do everything they can to help you out... (great customer service, and today that goes a LONG way) :JDMsh!t

I got mine when he had the $339 shipped deal. Unfortunately Airborne Express damaged it in shipping. Something poked throught the box and chipped the cf. So I'm STILL waiting for my money back from Airborne Express. The hood seemed really flimsy to me and looks like would flop around while driving. I have owned 2 VIS hoods and although they are heavier the quality was much much better. If you are not worried abought weight get a VIS.

 

I owned a vis on my first 99 si, and it fit perfect without any adjustments. I literally took the stock off, cf on, and closed the hood.
