Default Rear wheel hub/bearing question

I am in the middle of replacing my rear brake pads and rotors and I was wondering how the rear hub should spin with everything off of it. When I spin the hub it spins smoothly and all it is just that it slows down pretty quick. I was just wondering if the bearing should spin like rollerblade bearings or do my seem fine.

Your bearing shouldnt run like a rollerblade.. it should be simple to turn using one finger w/o any noises and you shouldnt feel any on and off resistances.
