trip odometer wont reset(search=nada)

as stated in the title..my trip odometer will not reset in my 89 crx(hf)..push in the stick and..nope..nothing..any tricks?? TIA

late night bump....certainly this has happened to you crx owners before...oh well..i guess its not that big of a deal but..it would be nice if it were working properly again.TIA one more time

maybe take it out and try cleaning it? Could be stuck with dirt in there.

thanks jonathan..i guess i will try that unless any other suggestions come forward that are easier than pulling the thing apart(not holding my breath)..good luck on selling your car btw..damn 15 year old cars..gotta luv em
