Harness Bar?
No.
There is a bar that goes across there, it is called a C Pillar bar.
It is not meant for mounting harnesses to.

There is one. I think that it was in the last issue of Honda-Tuning. Lokar Racing or something.
*damn I can't find that issue*
I know its in there. Towards the back.
I will search around.

May I ask what you are intending to do with your car?
If you are taking it on track, it's a horrible idea. Horrible as in fatal if you roll.
For autox: The chance of rolling is very small, so it's less of a bad idea. With a 4pt harness it will keep you planted in your seat.
Street: Think of the passengers!

Just tossing around idea's. Why is it such a bad idea? I was looking at it as a median between a cage and nothing. But like I said safety is more important then anything.
Its the decapitation theory. Harnesses are designed to work in conjunction with fixed back racing seats, and a roll cage. Take one out, and it all fails. The harnesses will keep you upright in a wreck, keeping you from moving to the inside of the car, if the roof collapses when you roll you will not be able to move, and you will be decapitated.
That's true, I actually designed a harness bar that moved the pillar farther back. Decided not to market it because of safety reasons. It was a nice design too. I just have one prototype that was built, then scrapped the idea.
