Just curious if anyone runs a 5th gen 4dr dx in solo 1. I am in the process of rebuilding my ls for my hatch, which wont be done until end of summer or fall. i have a stock 4dr dx right now but i still want to put my scca membership to some use this summer. any input or ideas would be appreciated

Don't know of anybody, but you could easily slap some Kumho/Toyo/Hoosier on the stock wheels and run it in H-Stock. For a partial or single season, that would be way easier/cheaper than trying to run STS or FSP.

CRX Si cam = bump to Street Mod, where you probably won't be competitive.

 

I've been running a DX hatch in Solo-I for the last few years. It's not a 4-door, but what do doors have to do with anything? Set it up and run it.

well im putting in a new headgasket in a couple weeks.. is there any mods i could do that wouldnt bump me?

 

Unless there's a problem, don't touch the motor. Run it as-is and don't get too hung up on power. If you want something to play with, I'd recommend adjustable suspension bits.

solo-1 and im replacing the headgasket cause it was blown form the previous owner
