Relatively easy to drive, the clutch is light and easy to operate. The tranny is fantastic, but you have to watch sometimes as the throws are short and gears are tight. If you are trying to shift from 5th to 4th, be careful not to throw it into 2nd, as novice drivers may be prone to doing.
easier to drive than a vette or a camaro that's for sure. i've had absolutely no problems. the hood isnt even really that long once you're in the car.
the only thing is pulling up to curbs like in parking spaces, you cant go as far up as you may be used to.

ya u should be careful with parking, i hit the curb up front with my lip and without it. i need to keep in mind that the front is longer that than my old hatch, and isnt like my daily driver.
plus i was surpised i scraped the front bumper when i was stock.

I took to driving my S2K like a fish to water!
I had driven my friend's '02 a few weeks before so I had no trouble adjusting to it. The 50 mile drive from the dealer to my house was so comfortable and smooth. In the rain and on wet roads you really need to slow down in this car. They can really scare an inexperienced driver!
Curvy roads and road courses make the S2K really fun to drive!

it takes time and driving events to get used to the car at the limit but once you do, you'll never want to go back to fwd.

I just drove my friends 04 and coming from a EG driver, its quite a diff. I drove it all night. I was the designated driver and 8 out of 10 friends were knocked out. I drove 7 of them home. Anyway ...Coming into the parking space can be tricky as others said. Its just a matter of getting used to. I dont have the EG anymore and is very considerably getting a s2000.
Its basically a drivers kind of car.
btw, im having a beer right now, Cheers girl!

deffinitely different compared to an FF...i guess the front end length plays a factor, but to me its more of the Eye level, S2000 is MUCH easier to drive than a vette or a viper or wutever. I also am not as confident driving the S2000 as to my ITR
Awesome car - you just have to be careful not to get too heavy on the gas going around corners.
Rear Wheel Drive is soooooooooooo much better the Front, but damn it can be tricky sometimes...

I've owned a couple of sports cars before (89 Prelude, 93 Integra, 93 MR2 Turbo, 02 Eclipse V6) and the S is by far the most fun to drive. The long front is nothing to really worry about...just be careful.
