Have you tried Honda Acura Parts? They usually sell stuff pretty cheap.

Call (619)-216-7261 Import Auto Wrecking ...(ask for Tony or Ali)... they have an '88 right now, but they can certainly find you a core support for a reasonable price.

guys for your advice, as it truns out, i was adviced to go to import Wrecking by the parts dealer @ the honda near my place. I called them early in the week and they told me that they have several core supports and hoods for really good prices. they also told me that they are open on Sundays, I called on sunday morn to make sure and they said to come on over. Keep in mind I am commmuting from carlsbad. you know how the story ends. When I got there the sign said GOne fishing!! notopen!! I called them Monday morn and complained and not only did they shove me off but tony & Ali changed the prices on me increasing them each by 30$ .... Do you know them well enough? to do buisness with them or others in the area? I never met these guys face to face but you could imagine how i feel, either way any further advice is greatly appreciated..

That pretty much sucks. Why are so many places so flakey? Sometimes a shop will have an email address up on their site, so you email them some q's and never get a response. I can understand being busy and all, but why have an email address at all if you're not going to respond?

Sorry to threadjack, but stuff like that pisses me off the most.

Man, dont deal with Ali, he is a dam flake. I wouldnt ever go to either of his yards. I know where you can get a core support, brand new for pretty cheap, also are you looking for a hood??
