Carbon fiber hood....how much lighter than factory hood ?

As stated above....what is the weight difference of the two for a DC2 ?

That really depends on which brand hood you get, on average probably about 6-10 kg.

Stock Integra hood = ~31 lbs.

FiberImages Integra C/F hood = ~16 lbs.

Thats basically what youre looking at...depending on the hood (8-18lbs typically)...about 15-20lbs savings. Not much!

It's no great savings. But if you are all about weight savings, then 20 lbs here and 20 lbs there starts to add up fast.
