Default Headlight Conversion from 97 to 98-01?

Hello again,
Almost got my car, waiting for the cash to go through to my bank then I'll be making my purchase. Its a 97 GSR 4 door. Some stuff has already been added, DC header, air intake, exhaust, its been lowered and has a pretty big wing on the back. I'm pretty new to the deal, so dont be too brutal, I should be getting the car for $9000 by monday or tuesday, hoping no one else gets to it first. I want to do a few things to it since it will be needing a paint job. The front fenders will be getting replaced, along with the removal of the wing, I like the wingless look, and I'll be putting a new hood on. My question is should I go for the headlight conversion? How hard is it to do and what will I need, also what am I looking to spend to get the headlight conversion done. I will probably be selling the wing, I'll post pics of it here if all goes well and I get the car, so keep an eye out. Wish me luck and thanks in advance.

--one last thing, should I keep the car white or paint it black?--

I like the white. Wish I had white but black looks good when cleaned and waxed. White is less flashy and easier to maintain.

How well will the new bumper/headlights fit? Is it a bolt and go procedure? And how well do the lines match up?

Thanks again,

I'm accumulating the parts to update the nose on my '96 right now. I've got the headlights and bumper so far. What 'supports' are you talking about in your post? I want to be sure I have everything I need before I start taking my ride apart.
