Well seeing as how the satndard Revhard/spearco intercooler is not as long as the precision, everything should line up after you cut off a couple inches off each side. Just mount it, and then see how muc cutting modifying you need to do. shouldn't be nothing a Hacksaw won't fix

If the rev-hard uses a 2 1/4" pipe and the IC has 2.5" outlets simply take the IC piping to a local muffler shop and have them flare the ends out to a 2.5" That way you won't have to buy expensive silicone coupled flares.

u sure i will have to cut the piping?

i was just wondering about the couplers if they would fit, i did a test fit and the pipings tip goes into the inlet on the intercooler not much maybe the couplers will scretch alittle?

Messure the revhard piping and the FMIC. The precision FMIC is 2.5" on both ends i think.

You'll need to run a transition piece for it to connect. I know for a fact Revhard piping is not 2.5 inches from the turbo to inlet of intercooler. Also you'll want to doubel check the size of the precision intercooler inlet/outlets. Mine(the small one) is 2.5 and i beleive the middle one(the one you have)is also 2.5, but the big PT&E intercooler uses 2.75 inlets/outlets.

Either way you'll need to get a transitoin piece, just measure the piping(its either 2" or 2.25) and then you have the middle sized Pt&E FMIc.

In the end you'll prolly have to cut off a couple inches, and run a transition piece, and thats it noting major. http://www.atpturbo.com sells the transitions for pretty cheap $17.50

Good luck
