Default Is this Gsr block worth $700

Well my friend is getting a Complete Gsr block minus the pistons for $700. He wanted my opinion and i told him go for it. I juss wanted other peoples opinions about the price on this block. THe block is off a 97 Gsr with 61,000 miles. THe block has been balanced blueprinted,SLEEVED, honed, and bored .25 over. What do you guys think? Good price or no?
(btw the block is in perfect condition from the pics ive seen)
