Default Engine Work

Just wondering, I own a 95 Civic SI...just got the body painted and now am looking to work on the engine soon...the only problem being...what kind of engine will give me the most for my money so to speak..B16A or C...please help me out. Thank you

i'd get a b18b. It's like the cheapest 1.8L motor for good decent power.
