Are you having everything machined for floating pin?

Race Motor, why so low of compression....go bigger on that bore.

This might be kinda out there but a baffled oil pan is always nice, or a dry sump system Sorry all I can think of at the moment, every little bit counts right?.Ohhhh, radius valve job? I dunno....................John

I don't think ARP makes rod bolts for it, just the head studs.

The head is shaved .020, so the compression will be 13:1 or a little higher. I'm having a bunch of machine work done and a port and polish on the head, but I didn't put that in the list as something I need to "buy" because its something thats getting done.

Look at this!!!

OEM:
Head Gasket $55.88
Oil Pump $152.74
Timing Belt $38.84
Head Bolts (10) $8.19 = $81.90
Dowel Pin (2) $.80 = $1.60
Main Bearing (10) $8.89 = $88.90
Rod Bearings (8) $9.92 = $79.36
Rod Bolts (8) $3.66 = $29.28
Main Bolts (10) $6.80 = $68.00

Total = $596.50

Thats a lot more than I was thinking. That **** adds up quick!
