I bought a kit from Snap On once and played around on a sohc head. I think it was like $40, and came with all kinds of fun stuff.

Standard abrasives makes several kits that are perfect for our cars/heads Summit sells just about any kit they make and they have some for great prices too. (i.e. under $30)
I think this is the kit i used and had a ton left over.

You're going to want something like this

http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog...talog

they're called 'burrs,' for use with air powered die grinders

I just bought the "big" dremel kit at Wal-Mart. It had just about everything I've every needed.

I used some extra large ones from this seller on ebay and still use them on my manifolds and stuff, only takes a second on the aluminum though, go easy on it they like to cut quick!

the longer ones are nice to get down in there.

http://www.mondello.com/ then click on the catalog section

or

http://www.goodson.com/

Also, you can look up part numbers for the Standard Abrasives stuff here (good if you need a whole kit, not just bits) and order them through Summit.
