Accord V6 Coupe/TL Exhaust fitment.

I have this catback exhaust from a '99 TL, some say that it would fit an Accord V6 Coupe of the same years. Is this true?

I think the only modification you have to do is on the hangers.

a little mod to the pipe too, i got a tl-s catback put into my accord.
