Consider yourself lucky, I have had theives take a crowbar to my doorhandle and trunk. After this was unsuccesful they broke the driver's side window. It was my fault because I had left an old broken tape player in the trunk

you can peel back the rubber molding and then basically bend the window back to unlock the door.
my friend did that when he locked his keys in his accord.

I had a VIper alarm system. But unfortunately, the battery on my remote died out a few days back, so i turned off the alarm until i got new batteries. And next thing i know, the car is gone.
