I don't believe it does. The b18c has bigger exhaust ports than the b16.. you may be able to mount it, but that doesn't mean that it will perform correctly.

the exhaust ports arent that much bigger than the B16's. it wouldnt negatively affect performance unless the header flanges were smaller than the exhaust ports anyway.

that dyno says nothing about an ITR header it says JDM and 4-1 thats it that could be a mugen header fit for a b16

the type r header will fit and work it's just a little longer then the b16 header because of the block height...

It will fit. The header will hang extra low because the deck height on a B18 is a little taller so, I wouldnt suggest having your car too low or you will easily ding the down pipe section of the header, unless you have a skid plate.

the JDM 4->1 header will bolt onto the head fine, but it wont bolt to ur stock cat. the jdm header has a 2.5" collector. you're gonna need a new cat/test pipe or a new flange welded onto your stock car
