Is there any ITR owners going to the HPDE at Thunderhill on April 10?
who's organizing the event? got a link? i was thinking about going to http://www.unlimitedlaps.com 's event on 3/26 but might be out of town.
Thunderhill themselves organize the event. I think they call it High Performance Driving School.

I'm doing an event the following weekend at Buttonwillow, and I'll be in LA the weekend before...so I'm not going to be attending. I might have the CRX up and track ready in late April, so that means I'll be taking it to some of the local events, and the ITR to Thunderhill and Buttonwillow.

I wouldn't worry about that. I never had any trouble holding my own in C group with a stock R. There were always cars out there that were faster down the straight, but few (if any) were as fast through the rest of the course.
And ditto Austin's sentiments, don't underestimate the Miatas. Or CVVCs. Or 510s, first-gen RX-7s, 260Zs, etc. There's no stortage of these that are very well set-up with very experienced drivers.

That's true, anything can be quick with the right driver and/or some $$$.
Likewise, there are more than a few supercar owners who'll slow you down in the twisties 'cause they don't wanna wad up $60K+ worth of automobile (Can you blame them?)
