yea I know that the 5 and 7 refer to the plug coldness. I was wondering about the first few letters...

Yes, but dont get the -11's. The -11's come gapped to a .044, just get the bcpr7es which comes witha .035 gap I believe, so thats less stress on the tip when gapping to .028-.030.
