Default I can dispell the myth once and for all...

Today i bought an Apexi Dunk exhuast from a H-T member online. The exhuast came off his 96-00 Civic Coupe. I took the exhaust to a local shop here in San Diego and had them install it on my 96 Civic 4 door and it fit perfectly.

So if anyone asks, yes a coupe exhaust will fit on a 4 door no problem.

Pics too come this weekend.

I love my dunk!! Just curious, why'd you take it somewhere to have it put on?? It takes less than an hour.

Because I'm lazy. I had the money and it was cheap so I let a trained professional do it.

Yes they do. I like the sound, but I think I will have to get used to the new tip. I was comparing old to new and it's HUGE!

I could've told you that . With a similar wheel base, same length side skirts used, and same rear bumper, it'll fit the same. Usually the only difference is the B-piping length because of the length of the cat converter used, like the EG coupe & sedans. Post pics up anways

Nice. This thread should be a sticky, as this question is asked daily on HT.

92-00 Coupe and 4Door exhausts all fit each other. I sold my old A'PEXi World Sport from my 92 civic 4door to my friend with a 96 Civic Coupe. Fit perfectly. Hatches are the only bastards that have to have special exhausts

The tip doesn't stick out at all. From the side it is nicely tucked up under with the tip angled down.
