what's next
i have a 00' 4 door GSR with a cai, cat-back exhaust, and v-tec controller......exterior wise i am lowered with ground control coilovers, and have black 15 inch rota slipstreams.....what do you suggest that i do next performance wise??????????????????????????

The first task to making a strong B-series engine is to rid ot of all restrictions. You have an intake, and an exhaust. You still need an intake manifold (Skunk2 is the only choice but you need to get a different ECU that is not programmed for dual butterfly intake manifold), a header (I recommend the DC JDM 4-1 w/ 2.5" collector), and a less restrictive catalytic converter or straight pipe. This takes out all of your flow restrictions. It also seems as you need some aftermarket shocks ( I prefer the Tokico Illumina or the KYB AGX) Good LUCK!
