if you had a choice to start off with a ITR head or GSR head which one would you choose? because i have a b18c jdm wit 81.5 oversizedd pistons, which head would you pick if u were going to upgrade?

well if your gonna build either the gsr head or itr head, i would just go with the b16 head, its cheaper....but if you just wanted to stay with the head stock just go with the itr

I would go with a GSR head. if your building it anyway I guarantee you are replacing the valves and valve springs along with the retainers. Get a good port and polish and you have a great head with quench zones. The type R head doesn't have any quench zones neither does the B16
