Default B16a vs B18c1 Head

i've got a GSR swap in my CRX and i was wondering if there was any performance differences between the B16 and B18C1 heads. My ultimate goals are 200ish whp daily driver. All i've got so far is a header and Zdyne.

there is a post on here that show that the B16 flows just as good as the itr. i think the post is archived, so i guess the B16 would produce better #'s
