Default Please Help Me Find Another Set of These Wheels

Hayashi Techno R
13x6
4x100
35mm Offset

I love these wheels and simply can't find another set. If anybody stumbles across a set that might be for sale please let me know.

Scott, who's starting to think these things might be pretty rare.

I've never seen wheelchoice import anything smaller than 14".

Maybe they could find you some though.

yea, I was thinking they dont list 13" on their site, but they import lots of specfic wheels from Japan, so it was worth a shot.

Older BMW's use a wheel that is almost identical.

The miata wheel is 14" - as are the BMW. Trust me, Scott is familiar with just about every 13" wheel out there...

I think he was spoiled by the Volks and just can't stand to put his cheaper, non JayDeeEm wheels back on the car.

The older 13" BBS wheels from the BMW 2002s are typically a 18mm offset and wont work.

The BBS, Rial, and MSW wheels that were popular on Scirrocos and GTIs are cheap and fit, but they tend to be on the heavy side (15 to 16 pounds of old skool teknologee). Same goes for the aftermarket offerings from enkei, TSW, and such from that time.

The Hayashis weigh in at about 12.5 lbs each. While this still isn't great, its much better than the other options and much cheaper than Panasports (which come in at about 11 lbs each). I bought the set I have for $400, which I thought was high at the time but now realize it was actually a good deal.
If I could only find another set, I'd be set.

The Volks were too sweet for words, but I just cant bring myself to spend that much money on a set of wheels. I'd definately buy 2 sets of Panasports before I spent the same money on one set of Volks.

Do check the wheel and tire classifieds on VWVortex - I see oLd sKoOL wheels there pretty regularly.

Nuthin'

Wheelchoice's email response was simply "we don't have them."

Looks like I just need to keep trolling ebay hoping to get lucky.
