Default 97 up motor crank sensor??? help!

Hey guys I usally install B16a's and I had a 95 GSR motor but now I have a 97 GSR block and wondering what to do with the sensor that goes into the crank or near in I guess..... do I just leave it unpluged or can I take it out complely? I have everything apart so it's no big deal if I can take it out.
Also what you guys do with the temp sensor? this one is on the thermosat housing thanks guys! Rob
BTW it's for a non OBD going in my 90 CRX.

that crank sensor (crank fluctuation sensor) is only needed when running OBD2 ECUs

can I just take it all out or do I have to leave it in and just unplug it? I don't really want to just leave it there. TIA Rob

I'm trying to remember how it's exactly 'hooked up.' I'm no where near my garage right now so I'm not sure.

if the motor is going in your crx, you can just remove the crank sensor. it is bolted to the oil pump, pull off the side covers and timing belt and it is held on by 10 mm. bolts.

I would just unplug it.. physically being there can't harm anything. And leaving it in would be better if you decide to go OBD2 (god knows why!) or sell the motor.

I believe the coolant sensor is originally on the back of the blocks (on EF motor) so the plug is there. Run the wires to the thermostat housing.

I've never done this personally so I'm just going on what seems logical.
