Default Front ITR swaybar, worth it?

I have a GSR front subframe sitting in my garage, that i might be installing before the NY/NJ region SCCA auto-X season begins this year. I was wondering two things...

1) front swaybar (gsr) is it worth installing the front GSR subframe to get the added handling properties of a front sway bar?

2) I also have a front ITR swaybar sitting around... should i install it into the GSR subframe if i'm going that route?

3) If i do plan on putting in the ITR front bar, what parts need replacement from the GSR bar? (e.i. d-brackets, bushings etc. ?)

Fro reference: ITR 22mm swaybar already installed, along with Apex-i coilovers.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but I thought the front GSR and ITR bars are the same.

Yes they are the same diameter

I'm wondering why you would want the front bar at all.. unless your car is dramatically oversteering now, or has some serious body roll, wouldn't you just run the larger rear bar?

I would leave the front sway bar in.

thanks .RJ

I think i'll just install it and go fom there. I'm not using a high spring rate, so i'm guessing the front bar will help with some roll issues.

My old Race Rabbit had yellow koni's, 600lb front and 450 rear, no front swaybar, 22mm rear swaybar and it was a killer auto-x setup. I want to make the civic handle just as good.
