i hate how everyone has black housing headlights, so we wanted to go for more of the ctr look, we got a similar affect not really close but it looks way better than black ones IMO.


edit: they actually look darker in person, my camera flash made it look lighter.

 

go to a lit up area, turn the flash off, then take a better pic.

i hate how everyone wants the ctr look but wont pay for it

just wondering... if all your worried about is performance gains, even though it doesn't cost you money but does cost you time, why do you waste your time painting your headlights since it doesn't give you any performance gains? just a thought

you don't get it i know you save money but since he is making it seem like only performance gains are important why even waste your time on cosmetics? of course he'll be richer because he isn't spending money on the headlights but he is making it seem like a waste because there is no performance gain yet he'll spend his time painting them and he still gets no performance gain from his ctr look headlights

here it is in a simpler form: why waste time on cosmetics if his only concern is performance?

CTR headlights are overpriced, and are made for RHD cars anyway. There's no point in buying them aside from bling factor...being able to say "check out my REAL CTR lights". I would look at mine and say "look, they look just like them, do the job of providing light just as well or better, and look at all the stuff I bought with the hundreds of dollars I saved".

People have a point when they say things like that about knockoff wheels...ok, they're not made as well as a set of Mugens or Volks. But headlights? Please.

You guys act like the CTR headlight look is some secret-handshake club, or like spending a shitload of money gives you a warm fuzzy feeling inside.
