Well, I've had my 93 accord dropped for about a year now on kyb agx shocks and some cheap coilovers. I setup the coilovers perfectly (or so i thought). I even used extra o rings too. well just recently the rear passenger side suspension has been making a clunking noise as if a bolt is loose or something. I looked but haven't seen any loose nuts or bolts. I even retightened the tightened nuts. Could it possibly be the bushing? I replaced the bushing on the driver side (doesn't make noise) but I left the passenger side alone cause it looked okay (passenger side makes noise). Any input would be great! Keep up the great tech advice guys!
I had the same problem. Varying struts, ground control coilovers. I removed the dust covers all together. The noise is gone for now, but could return like before.
FYI: Coilovers are too thick to use dust covers. 1 of the many downfalls.

mine makes the same noise, on the passengers side as well, my mechanic says that its the control arm bushing, but he said its a pain to replace and its expensive too.
ibe heard this of happening before and it has been from blown shocks. If you are too low for the shocks or they are shitty, you can hear this noise. Although agx's are very good and im dropped 4in with agx's and have no problems.
everyone is in the right ballpark--I would check the following---strut, control arm bushing as stated. I also heard of the spring coils possibly hitting together on the lower portion of the spring itself--might want to try wrapping the lower coils if you have it out and off the vehicle
