Default Turn signal failure

Car: 96 Integra OBD-II

Problem: My turn signals dont work. Its not a fuse and i have even replaced the ***** what else could be my problem the windshield wipers also dont work well dont work right they wont stay on like they are supposed to.

what about them is not working? are they just not coming on, or does it completely not work altogether, as in the arrows aren't even blinking above your gauges? you said you checked the fuses, but have you simply checked the bulbs? dumb question, but...you never know

as far as I know, your windshield wipers and turn signals are two different fuses. make sure you check your bulbs.

if its both the windsheild wipers and blinkers...my guess would be that the problem is on the steering column

Bad relay maybe. This could very well be a cause of the problem. Either that or the actual switch on the steering column is malfunctioning/worn out.

replaced relay and ***** still nothing
