earl scheib--black pearl or black metallic?
what would look best on an EG with black slips and CF hood......i know earl isnt the highest in quality but im in a tight squeeze for a exterior paintjob and low on $.....thanx
you might as well drive your car off a cliff and put the car out of its misory.....it will look better totalled than with an earl scheib paint job
my bro in law painted his hatch there, the paint chipped like no other. but me, my bro, and bro in law took our cars to maaco, it turned out fine. Maaco has a bed rep because they don't do very much prepping. So, if you prep the car yourself the paint turns out great.

werd..earl scheib fuken sucks. had my car painted there 2 years ago. paint started chipping 2 months later here n there. maaco is a lil better. 1daypaint is pretty good if ur on the budget..but get the pro 3 paint atleast
This girl I used to work with had her car painted there...worst paint job I have ever seen in my entire life. There was absolutely no shine or reflection in her paint, they got paint all over the rubber weather stripping around her car, and there were some bubbles and blemishes in the paint. And they even forgot to take the tape off of certain spots. Earl Scheib gets
I got mine done at maaco, They do a bad prep but if u're there to help them prep, the paint would come out great. Spend 600 for the urethane paint, 100 for better clear coat. Had all my dents remove, trunk holes, n' door jams n' trunk painted. Total came out 1400$, but i got it for 1100$. If u're only paintin ur exterior, should only cost 600$ including clear coat. Work out a deal with em. Here's picture of it. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=801796

i would rather end up , gettting them to prep it , for 200 and take it down to maaco for a 600 $paint job, 800 bucks paint would be sweet
