Default MILLED HEAD, CAM TIMING???

OK I REALLY NEED A ANSWER TO THIS I HAVE A 95 JDM H22 WITH A MILLED HEAD AND USING A 1 LAYER HEAD GASKET HOW MANY DEGREES SHOULD I ADVANCE MY CAM TIMING TO BRING IT TO STOCK?? ALOS WHAT ABOUT IGNITION TIMING?? THANX IN ADVANCE 4 UR ANSWERS

DAM! Thats a lot with the head gasket. Thats like .050" gone now. Its 1 degree for every .012", so you're looking at about 4 degrees on the cams. Just set the ignition with a timing light. 17 degrees is stock. Takes about 2 minutes.

ur a big help thanxs what would happen if i advance the ignition timing to maybe 19? more power?

It depends. You could start to detonate. Just watch the graph when you're at the dyno. You should be able to see if it is.
