How to identify a Spoon thermostat?
i bought a spoon thermostat off a H-T user and it doesn't seem to be a spoon product. it came in a spoon box but not a spoon baggie. how can u tell if it is true spoon thermostat, are there any markings ? i talked to a local "jdm" shop and they said it should have the temp on the thermo. it looks stock to me

here is one i found i know for a fact it is a spoon unit. (looks like my thermo)

-notice the top of each thermos are different. there are also some markings on the "stem" the bronze thingy that is inside the spring. it is engraved with "L K F J" and then there is a quarter inch of ink made by a sharpie marker
