Default Throttle Bodies

Has anyone put new throttle bodies on their accord? I have a 2000 4 cyl and I've seen a lot of good stuff on them, I just want to know if they work. Or what brands are good, if you know about them. They say that you can get to full throttle faster, gain 5-12 hp, lighter than stock, 40% more air flow bla bla bla. But those are just ads; anyone really try it?

Thanks

Oh btw I've already got bolt ons, this isnt my first mod or anything. I'm saving up for a full turbo setup, and I was wondering if this is good enhancement with and without turbo.

Look for an ads in honda-tech.com's sponsor forum

someone here have a shop that bore out the butterfly for 100 buck, just send your stock one to them and they will do the rest.

so far not even one negative comment about the service
