the fog bulbs in the USDM and JDM lights are different.
the USDM is h3. make sure you don't get above 55watts, otherwise the lense will melt a little. its happened to many people. the oem bulbs are 35watt.
the JDM is, i think, an h4h bulb. not totally sure.

not thats right I belive the Fog light bulbs are the same on each housing but the regular bulbs are diff...9004 and H4H for JDM...I would go with some polarg bulbs though they are the best and are not HID

wait so now ur gonna put them in the One peice housing??? I thought it was the 3pce USDM not 1pce JDM.....the bulb for 1 pce is H4H not 9004 ...the fog light stays the same as the USDM

Plus the JDM housing(one peice) does not require any special bulb to make the fog light yellow... the housing makes it yellow so u dont need a colored bulb
