I m thinking of changing my MTF and i want to know wut brand is better for my 95 GSR. wut oil viscosity should i use. i having done any maintenance on my transmission since i bought my car at 60k now it is at 89k and the shifting isnt smooth anymore.

Yeah. I've been running Synchromesh Friction Modified (LSD) for a while and have only great things to say about it.

Only a little over $9 for a quart. And you only need to buy 3 quarts, plus you'll have enough left over in the third quart to last you through two more fluid changes.

GM Syncromesh is real slick stuff! It will gradually take away slight grinds.
