Original NES in a car?
I don't know if anyone's ever done it, but I plan to one day stash a original NES system inside my EF if I ever show it when I'm an old fart. I've got the 4 player infared adapter as well.
I'd try and keep it low key as possible, maybe glove box or something, but to play Contra or Excitebike at a show would be so sweet.
or maybe i'm just an idiot that needs to go to bed, but I think it would be cool to fit one in my car one day.

Well the system is from the same time frame as CRXs. So it wouldnt be too off. We actually did this in my buddy's 2001 Accord. He had a little LCD for GPS or something and you could watch movies and **** on it. So we plugged in his NES and I played on the way to Toronto. It did screw up 3 times when we hit decent holes.

The first year Import Revolution came to Seattle, some guy and the 8-Bit NES in a beyond custom mini van, I think it was a mini van. Good sound system too. You could here the music when Mario is underground from a good 100 feet away.

Honestly, I can't remeber what exactly it was. I remember it had chrome diamond plating on the inside too. Custom dual exhaust also. Yes it was blue.

Yep, we're thinking of the same van. Photographic memory owns me.

Funny, I was just thinking about this idea. I think it'd be hilarious to see an NES in a period-correct showcar (then again an 1987 Civic showcar would be an interesting sight, I guess).
