Type-R exhaust; how much power would it net on a GS-R?

Type-R exhaust; how much power would it net on a GS-R?
I searched, but didn't come up with any results. Is this minor modification even worthy of any horsepower increase? From my understanding it nets 30% increase on the Type-R model. Approx. how much would it net if bolted onto a GS-R?

is this with the stock gsr exhaust manifold?
is so you aint gonna gain much a 2-3 hp
also along with swapping out the header you will want a high flow cat

Supposingly the 30% increase over stock is for the entire exhaust system (exhaust manifold, cat and catback).
