RECARO srd ?
Well I'm 5'10" and weight 185 I sat in the seats before and they are fine but it seem a little to wide for the car ! I think It might rub against the door !
Yeah that idea would work but I would like to keep them stock and in very good condition with the factory leather. So if I ever do sell the seats will look clean with no cracks.

I dunno if recaro changed the SRD this year or not, but i went to autobacs the other day and sat in the recaro demo they had. Talk about unsupportive. I felt that the seat didn't support me at all. I am skinny though, 5"8 and 138 pounds.
Anyways, if you don't have the money for brides, i don't think there is any other reclineable aftermarket seat worthy enough to replace the stock s2k seats. Maybe the torino, but even then, it doesn't fit perfectly.

Yeah I sat in the JDM seat before when I was a little bigger and had no problems, I actually liked them but I still haven't sat in a USDM srd, so I guess I'll have to make a trip to SUPER AUTOBACS to see 1st. hand. Plus I guess I can do some measuring to see how the seat is going to fit in the car !
I put it in my S2K before but it is too wide for the car. The seat is touch the door and the centre console so the seat can't slide back and fore. alos I was only able to tighten 3 bolts because they were no space to put your hand in.
i think the only recaro seats that fit good are the recaro SPG/A and the recaro pole position & furious racing shell...i wihs the JDM ITR seats can fit in the s2k..they would look so hot!!! too bad

Too many people have Bride seats and they are not all that impressive IMO. I would go Spoon CF bucket seat or Mugen S1 seats or Recaro. I had 2 of 3 and still have the S1s. I had the Bride Brix and Sparco Tourinos as well. Both were not that well made at all and were aimed toward the shorter person. The Spoon and Mugen are a bit uncomfortable but I bought a nice cusion from Sharper Image and it works great.
