'00 gsr cams on a DA?

could i put '00 gsr cams on my b18a, or will they only work best on VTEC engines?

No they won't work on an B18A/B. Only on other B series Vtec engines.

do you really need cams for your car?
if you are interested I got a set of cams
stage 1 so you dont have to change your valve train.
