Default Code 43!!!!!!!!!

I have a eg-6 with a b18c1 swap.I put JE pistons in it 11.5.1 comp V-AFC RC 310 injector and a chipped p28 ecu (j's racing)program.I was wondering what would cause this.Hybrid Garage said a code 43 is a invalid fuel system.I dont think it's the injectors or the computer so im guessing it was the V-AFC faulty install.Maybe the computer can be repinned incorectly. What ever help you can provide it would be apreciated.

Code 43 can mean a lot of things. When I got code 43 in my LS integra I replaced my o2 sensor and that fixed the problem. How old is your o2 sensor? When an o2 sensor goes bad it can cause your car to run rich or lean. Hence why you get code 43.

i'll agree with you on that . . . if your o2 sensor goes bad since the ecu takes readings off of it to control your fuel and air, when your sensor goes bad the readings can be inaccurate and cause a code 43, the thing I hate is why they made that code so broad!

With all the sensors that these cars have they should have been more specific since the fuel supply system is frigg'n HUGE!

I heard that it could also be your fuel pressure.

Let me know how things are going, I just got that code lastnight again, I have not had the code pop up for months, but then again my o2 sensor is un=plugged so that's prob. y.
