expected hp gains

i have intake on my f22b1 i was wondering what kind of realistic hp gains i would get from a dc header and worldsport exhaust and would it be better to go straight out or get a high flow cat?

this been covered quite a bit,so far most people say it wont be as much or maybe lose a torque of few in the low end...but i would say maybe 5-8hp gain butt dyno that is :]

from my experience (as dumb as this may sound) the car will feel alot faster w/ all that....u MIGHT see up to +10hp if ur from Cali (more restrictive stock emissions systems there).......but because the car will be louder, u can "hear" it "working harder".....this at least will make it feel faster....as dumb as that may sound its just my $.02 ......dont modify ur cat cause ur OBDII and thats a bitch if ur new cat dont come w/ a bung.....i plan on gutting my cat soon, just so i can stick it to ralph nader
